Alexandra employs her experience in a wide range of practice areas to provide holistic legal advice and services to high growth businesses. She works predominately as an outsourced in-house counsel through Law Squared’s LSaaS approach and assists in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising businesses on issues that arise throughout their lifecycle.
Alexandra uses her broad background and understanding of how businesses operate to provide commercially-focused, practical advice with a focus on finding simple solutions to complex problems.
Alexandra is based in London and also works remotely for Law Squared’s Australian clients and leads Law Squared’s expansion into the UK.
She has acted as an LSaaS Relationship Matter consistently since the offering was launched, including in the healthcare sector, for large and international data product providers, and for high-growth SaaS providers. Alexandra receives consistently outstanding client feedback, particularly for her ability to translate complex concepts into plain language and provide client-centric and commercial legal services.
Before joining Law Squared Alexandra gained experience in corporate and commercial law, commercial litigation and dispute resolution, international law, competition and consumer law, commercial property, intellectual property and personal law. While she now focuses on commercial law, she keeps her finger on the pulse of these other areas which allows her to pre-empt and identify diverse issues, saving clients time and money.
Alexandra spends her free time exploring London, taking her fur babies on long country walks and reading anything she can lay her hands on. She is an avid traveller and explorer and takes every opportunity to set off in a car or plane to explore new places.
