Mia works in Law Squared’s Corporate + Commercial Team, drawing on her experience acting for fast-growth businesses of all shapes and sizes, providing bespoke and practical advice to clients. Mia loves immersing herself in a client’s business and collaborating with the executive team to help them make a powerful impact.
Mia has worked with a number of our LSaaS clients as their dedicated Relationship Manager, providing both overflow support to an existing legal team and acting as an external in-house counsel. With extensive experience supporting executive, legal and compliance teams across a number of industries, she has a breadth of knowledge and an ability to quickly grasp the priorities, risks and requirements that arise in day-to-day business.
Mia works with clients often with a technology focus, as well as across fashion and retail, energy and infrastructure and the not-for-profit space, proving legal advice and company secretary support. Mia understands the importance of having a legal partner that deeply understands your business and will work along side you to ensure it achieves it outcomes.
Before joining Law Squared, Mia gained valuable experience in commercial litigation, employment law and corporate advisory and governance in both Western Australia and Victoria. Having advised clients through all stages of the business cycle, Mia is able to provide holistic, well-rounded advice that is practical and commercial.
