Vladimir is a corporate and commercial lawyer. He has extensive experience established businesses across a range of industries in commercial contracts and regulatory advice. Vladimir has a proven track record of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and corporate contracts throughout their lifecycle. In addition, he has helped a range of clients with capital raising and other corporate matters such as setting up employee share schemes.
Vladimir also works with our Law Squared as a Service (LSaaS) clients as their dedicated Relationship Manager. His background as in in-house legal counsel at one of the largest companies in Australia, has given Vladimir a clear understanding of the commercial and practical approach required of an in-house lawyer. At Law Squared, Vladimir has worked extensively with in-house teams in the underwriting and financial services industries.
Before joining Law Squared, Vladimir had worked for five years as a generalist corporate and commercial lawyer advising a range of businesses and prior to that for one of Australia’s ‘big four’ banks a regulatory team as part of a large remediation project.
Vladimir’s strength is understanding his clients. He is able to provide clear, concise and well-balanced advice that is alive to the client’s needs and is easy to follow.
Outside of law, Vladimir enjoys times with nature, sports and the arts.
