Zoe is a corporate commercial lawyer who has over 10 years’ experience in commercial, corporate, banking and finance law applied against the understanding of every organisation’s most important asset; people.

Before joining the Law Squared UK team, Zoe’s work was focused on the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) sector, which is something that she is very passionate about. Zoe was previously Head of Culture and ESG at a people intelligence company where she led on culture reviews and was a lead trainer on all EDI related matters. As the Head of Culture and ESG, Zoe also led investigations into allegations of racism and sexual harassment in UK-based institutions.

Following a term of mentoring a group of young people in 2017, Zoe became the sole legal counsel at a CIC youth empowerment organisation for five years working with young adults from predominantly lower socio-economic backgrounds. During her time there, Zoe advised on and successfully completed both a partnership deal with a global footwear company and numerous global trusts.

Prior to moving to the EDI sector, Zoe worked as a lawyer in banking and capital markets in the financial services sector, acting for global banks on a number of regulatory changes impacting their financial contracts.

Outside of work, Zoe is a competitive swimmer currently training for the master’s Olympics, and she is a qualified Personal Trainer. When not training or helping others train, she can be found listening to true crime podcasts and spending time with family and dog in France and travelling with friends.
